A five-storey beachfront resort of sand-coloured vertical fins and white terraces, staggered stepped floors with deep shaded balconies, blue-tinted glass and timber-slat screens
The resort's façade is defined by a combination of warm, neutral tones and clean geometric forms. Sand-coloured vertical fins add rhythm and depth to the exterior while creating a visual connection with the surrounding beach environment. White terraces extend across the staggered floors, giving the building a layered appearance that breaks away from the conventional form of a uniform hotel structure.
Deep, shaded balconies provide private outdoor spaces for guests while helping reduce direct sunlight entering the interiors. Blue-tinted glass introduces a subtle coastal character and complements the surrounding sea views. Timber-slat screens add warmth and texture to the façade, creating contrast against the white surfaces and vertical architectural elements.
