A mixed-use district of three mid-rise towers, residential, office and hotel, rising from a shared retail podium, with white and cream stone fins, blue-tinted glass and champagne-gold accents, around a pedestrian plaza with shade trees and a long reflecting pool
This mixed-use development brings together residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces within a coordinated urban environment. Comprising three mid-rise towers rising from a shared retail podium, the project is designed to create an integrated destination where living, working, shopping, and leisure come together. At its centre, an inviting pedestrian plaza provides an open public space that connects the different components of the development.
The three towers feature a refined architectural language defined by white and cream stone fins, blue-tinted glass, and subtle champagne-gold accents. These materials establish a consistent visual identity across the development while allowing each tower to maintain its individual character and purpose.
Vertical stone fins introduce depth and rhythm to the façades, creating a strong sense of proportion across the buildings. Expansive glazed surfaces complement the solid exterior elements, giving the towers a contemporary appearance. Champagne-gold detailing adds a restrained touch of sophistication, enhancing the overall material palette without overwhelming the architecture.
